Dana L. Williams is an
Dana’s practice emphasizes criminal defense, real property, timber litigation, and family law litigation. He has a strong interest in representing and counseling small business enterprises and has spent considerable time defending small business owners. Dana has been asked to serve as Judge Pro Tem in Lewis County Superior Court (Juvenile Division), Lewis County District Court, and the Municipal Courts of Centralia, Chehalis, Napavine, Winlock and Vader. Dana considers the preparation and presentation of a legal case to be a true collaboration between Client and Attorney. Clients are expected to actively participate in each part of their case.
Dana has successfully defended numerous defendants in the Superior, District and Municipal Courts of Lewis County as well as other counties around the State of Washington. Although no attorney can guarantee a particular outcome, Dana is able to say he has a high success rate.
Dana Williams has lived in Lewis County since 1945 and his roots run deep. Prior to becoming an attorney, he labored long and hard in farming, logging, and construction. He served for 43 years as a career and volunteer firefighter. Through his experience of working in the forest, fields
Dana has been married for 50 years and has accumulated during those years, a family which includes four children, ten grandchildren
He is a military veteran, having served in the United States Air Force from 1964-1968, that service having provided to him a particularly thorough understanding of people who have served our country in the military.
